PRIVACY / SECURITY POLICY

At GENTS we take your privacy and data very seriously. We do not distribute, sell, trade or rent your email address or any other personal information with any other entity. We usually send our customers just ONE email communication per month, which you
can easily opt-out of upon receipt.

We collect only the personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us when using our website or ordering from us. GENTS will ask you for information, including some personal information, if you use one of several services:

Becoming a registered user - In order to register, you need to share some personal information, such as your name and email address.

Making a purchase - When you buy something on gentsllc.com, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information. By making a purchase, you become a registered user of GENTS. All of this information is submitted securely via 128-bit encryption.

Contests - If you enter a sweepstakes or contest, you will become a registered user (if you aren't one already.) This information is
not shared with any outside parties.

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION:

We use the information you provide about yourself or about someone else when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Gentsllc.com is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system and the order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this non-identifying information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically collects information about your shopping experience. Please see the Yahoo! Privacy Policy for more information about how Yahoo! uses this information. Your personal information will not be divulged to anyone outside of our company unless required by law or legal process.

In the unlikely event that another company buys the assets of GENTS LLC, your personal information may then belong to another entity.

HOW TO AVOID RECEIVING NEWSLETTERS AND OTHER MATERIALS

We use email to send out newsletters and other announcements with information about GENT's new products, promotions or special offers, usually just once a month. If you receive an email and want to avoid further messages, look at the bottom of the email for instructions on how to remove yourself from our mailing list.

HOW GENTS PROTECTS YOUR INFORMATION:

We take your security very seriously.
Gentsllc.com is hosted by Yahoo! Store on its secure servers, and our orders are processed using their shopping cart. This process uses industry-standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and scramble all personal information, including your name, address and credit card information, so that it may not be read by others as it travels across the Internet. We chose Yahoo for its stellar reputation in regard to security and privacy. However, given that the Internet is an open medium, it is impossible for anyone to guarantee 100 percent security of the data. If you still do not want to enter your credit card information online please contact Customer Care at 212 734-8348. Email is not encrypted and can be intercepted before it reaches GENTS. We therefore recommend that you do not include sensitive personal information in the email messages you submit to GENTS.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to us. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know to be under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. Children under 13 can look at our site, but cannot make a purchase. They also cannot become a registered user, or use any service that asks for personal information. If you register with us and we discover that you are under 13, we will delete your registration. We will send you a message if we do this. If you are under 13 and want to make a purchase, please ask a parent to place the order for you.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy/Security Policy and post such changes in this document.
