Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items, below are details of our return policy:

Defective Items & Products Shipped in Error:

You can always return items if they are defective or shipped in error if you notify GENTS via email at returns@gentsllc.com or by telephone (212 734-8348) within 14 days of delivery of the product to you. You will need a Return Authorization number and returns must be shipped back to us using a traceable service (UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation.) We will refund the cost of return shipping charges.

Non-defective items:

If you would like to return a non-defective item please notify GENTS via email at returns@gentsllc.com or by telephone at
(212 734-8348) within 30 days of purchase date. You will need a Return Authorization number and returns must be shipped back to us using a traceable service (UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation.) We do not refund the original shipping costs, nor do we pay for return shipping.
