Nicole Sommers is founder of Gents,LLC., a company which provides esthetician-endorsed shaving and skincare products for men. Practical solutions in the way of grooming packages are offered to enhance what is truly a man’s business card – his face. Her dynamic personality and proficiency in skin care has garnered a dedicated clientele of professional athletes as well as captains of industry.

As a licensed esthetician, her educational foundation began at the prestigious
Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics and was followed with post graduate work at
The International Dermal Institute (IDI) in New York City. She initially positioned Gents to offer on-site mobile spa services for men and after three years of gathering information through facial consultations with clients, she realized that there was a strong need for product education.

It was at this time that she began to turn the focus of the company to intense ingredient investigation and started sourcing effective grooming products for men. Feedback from her clients revealed that these healthy products outperformed brands at both the mass market and prestige levels.

Dedicated to bringing her expertise into traditionally male-dominated arenas, she has joined other wellness professionals at various events including “Welcome to Our World” on Capitol Hill, where nearly one thousand Congressmen and their staff took advantage of grooming services in one of their own ornate hearing rooms. Ms. Sommers has also directed men’s skin care programs at assisted living facilities and educated businesses in skin health management.

Nicole Sommers works closely with the Day Spa Association (DSA), of which she is a member, to raise funds for the Melanoma Research and Weekends of Hope Foundations. She is also a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Prior to her career as an esthetician, she spent eight years working as a C.P.A. honing her business skills at several of New York’s top firms.
